Janet drove down from
Canada for a weekend Beadaway in August, 2006.
She is one busy lady,
running her own perennial business.

She has been
lampworking on and off for about a year, and came for some advanced
lessons.
We worked on sculptural
properties (bears, roses, raised florals), pulling floral cane, encasing,
hollows, blown vessels, off mandrel work, you name it, she wanted to
learn it!
She challenged me with
some great lessons and we had a super time together. Our sense of
humor is very similar, so we hit it off royally!
