Keith At the Torch!
Here are Keith's thoughts on the weekend experience:
Hi Chris,
I just had to write and tell you again
what a fantastic time I had at my weekend Beadaway! It was so neat
to come home and share the pictures of the beads we made with my
family I can't wait until they get here. I had forgot about
my duck and it made me chuckle when I saw it!
Your weekend Beadaway is such a great opportunity
for beginning bead makers. I was very impressed with your
instructional skills and how each technique was demonstrated. And
of course the hands on ability to try each technique is invaluable,
especially in such a great studio with an artist like yourself.
Thank you again, and Larry for such great
food, I really enjoyed my stay it felt like home! One thing for
sure is I will definitely recommend the weekend Beadaway experience and
those folks out there that are thinking about signing up for this great
learning experience should jump on it, I sure am glad I did!
Sincerely, Keith

Keith came from Southeast Michigan in
February 2006 with a thirst for more lampworking
skills! He had purchased a hot head kit and made a few beads,
but after his first attempts, he thought he'd be better off having
some lessons to improve his basic knowledge. He's an accomplished fiddle player,
blacksmith, dabbles in copper enamel
beadmaking and has many other talents as well.
It's so fun to teach with someone so enthusiastic about learning!
Thanks Keith for an enjoyable time! Now go make more
beauties!
