Judy's Weekend Beadaway!
And Judy and John Return!

Judy joined me for a wonderful weekend In June, 2004
Judy hails from Chicago and has always had a love for the
arts. She's done several mediums, including stained glass, and jewelry
making. When she got into making jewelry and buying lampwork beads,
she thought she'd check out this lampwork thing and see if it would be
something she'd like.
Judy dove in head and heart! She was an amazing
student, willing to learn, listen and apply everything she could soak
up. Judy left with a whopping 59 beads! I think we'll be seeing
Judy very soon making her own lampwork beads and applying them into her own
jewelry!
John &
Judy's Weekend
 |
Judy was here alone in June of 2004, and
returned with her husband, John for a Beadaway Weekend. It was a
present to her for her birthday! They arrived late on Friday, from
Chicago, because we forgot about the time difference, but we stayed up
late and got started! Although Judy hadn't lampworked since she'd been here, her love for
lampwork beads was still alive and well! She's been making some
wonderful jewelry with handmade lampworked beads she's purchased on ebay.
So now, with John in tow, they attacked the torches with reckless
abandon! John was a quick study, and produced some fabulous beads.
Maybe now that John is loving this as much as Judy, we'll be seeing
them at bead events around the country!
It was great to have them, and so nice to see Judy back again! |

I couldn't figure out who did which beads,
so here they are all together! They sure do turn out the beads
don't they? Superb Job!
