How to Download New Fonts
Go To www.dafont.com
1.
Find a Font
To the right of the font you choose will see a box that looks similar to this:
3. Click on Download PC/MAC OS X
A window will come up that looks like this:
At the top it will say: Open (your font name) .zip
4. Choose Save File
5. Then click OK
Another window like the following will open to tell you the files you have downloaded.
6. Click to open
Another window will open like the following:

On the left You will see Under Folder Tasks “Extract All Files”
7. Click on Extract All Files
Another Window like this will open That says Welcome to the Compressed (zipped) Folders Extraction Wizard:
8. Click Next
Another Window will open like this That says Extraction Wizard At the top:
9. Click Browse
Another window will open asking you to select a destination.
10. Click MY COMPUTER
11. Then Choose “C” Drive
12. Then Choose Windows
13. Then Find The File Called Font, Click on it to Highlight it
14. And Then Click OK
You will then be returned to the first window “Extraction Wizard”
15. Click Next
You will now be able to use that font in any program on the computer you are using.
Once you shut down or log off of the school computers the font will be removed.
If you do this on your own computer it will remain there until you delete it yourself.
If you save a file to a flash drive, or disc, and put it in another computer that does not have that font on it, it will not work. You will need to download the font prior to inserting your disc or flash drive.

Jackson: After downloading the
font, I can type the following:
If
I want the font to be larger than what the choices are in the drop down menu,
Highlight the word (form) then I can type in the font size I want.
For this size, I typed in 99 at the top
